This museum puts on display oil paintings, sketches and prints done by Ryohei Koiso, a western-style artist from Kobe. His atelier has been moved and rebuilt in the museum garden so that visitors can feel the spirit of the creator. The artist and his works are discussed in a video presentation played back on a 110-inch high definition screen and works housed in the museum can be viewed on TV as well.

How to get there: Transfer to the New Rokko Liner from JR Sumiyoshi (7 minutes on foot) or Hanshin Uozaki (5 minutes on foot), and get off at Island Kitaguchi. Located inside Rokko Island Park just west from there.
